A global technology services company is seeking a Process Excellence Service Delivery Manager in São Paulo, Brazil. As a Process Excellence Service Delivery Manager, you will make an impact by driving continuous improvement and operational excellence through Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. You will be a valued member of our Process Excellence team, collaborating closely with operations, transition, training, and client stakeholders to optimize quality, efficiency, and customer value across multiple engagements.

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 3 days a week in Cognizant office in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
