Sealed Air Corporation in Jaguariúna, SP, Brazil, seeks a hands-on Process Engineering Coordinator to lead the Process & Product Engineering team and boost manufacturing performance. You will partner with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, Product Development, and Global Engineering to improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost.

You will drive Lean Six Sigma initiatives and manage CAPEX projects while developing a high‑performing technical team.

Qualificações

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Production, Electrical) or related field.
  • Significant experience in Process, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Experience leading engineering teams and developing talent.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, DMAIC, 8D, and A3 problem-solving methods.
  • Experience managing CAPEX projects and cost reduction initiatives.
  • Knowledge of Management of Change (MOC) and change management systems.
  • Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Advanced English required.
  • Experience in extrusion, converting, or continuous manufacturing is preferred.

Responsabilidades

  • Lead and develop the Process & Product Engineering team.
  • Serve as the site's technical expert for manufacturing processes and problem-solving.
  • Improve process performance, including yield, OEE, uptime, capacity, and cost.
  • Lead Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Drive cost reduction, productivity, and raw material optimization projects.
  • Support new product launches, industrialization, and process validation.
  • Manage CAPEX projects, including business case development and ROI analysis.
  • Oversee Management of Change (MOC) processes and approvals.
  • Develop dashboards and promote data-driven decision-making using Power BI, AI, and digital tools.
  • Represent the Jaguariúna site in global engineering forums and technical reviews.
  • Support supplier and raw material qualification processes.
  • Conduct capacity planning and line balancing studies.
  • Participate in safety, quality, and compliance audits.

What are we looking for?

A hands-on engineering leader with strong manufacturing experience who can improve plant performance, lead continuous improvement projects, manage investments, and develop a high-performing technical team.

What will you do?

Lead the Process and Product Engineering team to improve manufacturing performance, drive continuous improvement, support new product launches, manage engineering projects, and develop team capabilities. Partner closely with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, Product Development, and Global Engineering to improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost.
