A global food and agriculture company is seeking a Process Analyst in Uberlândia to manage customer accounts and ensure exceptional service. You will handle payment activities, resolve customer issues, and engage in proactive communication about products. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and is fluent in English and/or Spanish. This position is in Cargill’s food and bioindustrial business, where manufacturers, retailers, and foodservice companies rely on us to consistently deliver the products and services they need, and use our technical expertise and market knowledge to develop innovative products.
The Process Analyst will engage with customers / farmers and internal team members to ensure we are providing outstanding customer service from contract entry through final payment for product deliveries. In this role, you will coordinate customer / farmer account activities with the company, highlight business opportunities for the customer / farmer to increase their profitability and be responsible for key compliance controls related to the customer contract and payment.
