What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Serve as the local expert on ZDX for customers and sales teams, identifying growth opportunities and building the product pipeline
- Lead and support customer Proof-of-Value (PoV) projects, demonstrating the unique value of ZDX
- Present ZDX strategy, vision, architecture, and deployment to customers at all levels
- Discuss industry trends, competitive offers, and changes in the security landscape relevant to workload communications
- Participate in beta testing of new features and provide product updates and enhancement training to technical sales and architects
What is Required (Qualifications)
- 7+ years of experience in Cybersecurity and/or Digital Experience Monitoring
- Proficiency in Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM) or Network and Endpoint Monitoring
- Deep understanding of Internet and Network protocols (such as TCP, UDP, HTTP, DNS, and/or SSL)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- 10+ years of relevant experience and certification in CISSP, CCSP, CCIE, or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of identity systems and protocols (e.g., ADFS, SAML, SCIM) and familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP
- Experience in selling or deploying Digital Experience Monitoring products
