Job Responsibilities
- Configure, test, and maintain mortgage products and pricing structures within Optimal Blue
- Manage updates related to investor and agency guidelines, rate sheets, and margin adjustments
- Collaborate with Secondary Marketing to ensure accurate pricing and margin strategies
- Troubleshoot pricing discrepancies and system issues, delivering timely resolutions
- Support new product rollouts and investor additions by building and validating product configurations
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience administering Optimal Blue in a mortgage lending environment
- Experience managing product eligibility and pricing templates within the Optimal Blue Configuration Site
- Familiarity with loan origination system (LOS) platforms and system integrations
- Understanding of mortgage products, investor guidelines, and secondary marketing
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Detail‑oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and compliance
