Job summary

Mann in Betim, MG, seeks a dependable manufacturing operator to assist in setting up, adjusting and operating machinery to produce goods according to specifications.

You will monitor equipment, perform cleaning and routine maintenance, support process optimization and maintain accurate records of machine performance. This hands-on role requires vigilance and a proactive approach to troubleshooting in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the setup, adjustment and operation of machinery to produce goods or parts according to specifications
• Supporting the acquisition of operation plans and carrying out the processing of manufacturing batches of bulk materials/ingredients, including mechanical processing as required
• Performing cleaning, servicing and routine maintenance on machines to ensure they remain in good working order
• Supporting the monitoring of machines during operation to ensure they are functioning properly and carrying out repairs as needed
• Identifying problems (causes) that occur with machines and supporting the optimization of processes for troubleshooting
• Administering operational processes and keeping accurate records of machine performance
