About the role

We are looking for a Pre-Sales Team Leader to manage and develop our team of SDRs (Sales Development Representatives). This role is key to ensuring the operational efficiency of the pre-sales area, driving consistent performance, and supporting the team through training, coaching, and strategic actions. Youll act as a bridge between the team and leadership, playing a crucial role in the execution of commercial initiatives and achieving sales targets.

  • Lead, support, and coach the SDR team to ensure performance and continuous development
  • Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, implementing action plans to meet targets
  • Conduct call listening sessions and provide structured feedback to the team
  • Maintain and improve operational and commercial processes
  • Identify and implement improvements to scripts, pitches, and prospecting strategies
  • Organize and facilitate training sessions, alignment meetings, and regular follow-ups
  • Report performance and key insights to the Sales Management team
  • Lead and support commercial actions to generate and convert opportunities
  • Act as a technical and behavioral role model for the pre-sales team
Requisitos
  • Proven experience leading sales or pre-sales teams
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Results-oriented mindset with strong analytical abilities
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management
  • Ability to coach, train, and provide constructive feedback
  • Knowledge of sales qualification methodologies (e.g., SPIN Selling, BANT)
  • Proactivity, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent English (mandatory)

Nice to Have:

Experience working with SDR teams in the US market or transportation/logistics industry
Spanish proficiency (a plus)
