Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented PPC Analyst to join our Paid Media team. This is a full-time, remote position for professionals based in Brazil. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing Paid Media campaigns across multiple platforms including Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram). You will collaborate closely with our Account Management team to ensure client success through data-driven strategy and precise execution. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong analytical mindset, solid communication skills, and a deep understanding of digital advertising platforms.
Responsibilities
  • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads for a variety of clients.
  • Manage campaign budgets, bids, and pacing to ensure KPIs and goals are met.
  • Analyze campaign data and performance metrics to generate actionable insights.
  • Produce monthly performance reports and collaborate with Account Managers on strategic recommendations.
  • Monitor trends, updates, and best practices in Paid Media to ensure campaign efficiency.
  • Provide strategic input to improve overall account performance and growth.
  • Ensure tracking and attribution are properly implemented using Google Analytics 4 and / or Google Tag Manager.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience with Google Ads, including Search, Display, Remarketing, Shopping, and / or Performance Max campaigns.
  • Proven experience managing paid campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data and reporting tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) with strong communication skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align digital campaigns with business goals.
