A global AI data company is seeking Conversation Sentiment Evaluators to assess AI-user conversations for emotional responses. Candidates will need to demonstrate strong emotional intelligence and communication skills, reviewing short interactions to determine user satisfaction. We are seeking individuals with high emotional intelligence, ideally with backgrounds in teaching, coaching, counseling, customer experience, or other people-focused roles, to join our team as Conversation Sentiment Evaluators.
This role involves reviewing short AI–user conversations (typically 5–10 minutes per task) and determining whether the AI's response met the user's needs and emotional expectations.
Tasks take approximately 5–10 minutes each.
