Lever, Inc. seeks a PMO - Líder COE based in Brazil for a fully remote leadership role overseeing PMO, Agile, and governance across multi-client environments.

You will develop professionals, shape the COE evolution roadmap, and drive AI-enabled approaches while collaborating with executives and stakeholders to enhance delivery, tooling, and capability development.

Qualificações

• Solid experience managing complex portfolios, programs, and projects.
• Proven experience working in multinational and multi-client environments.
• Strong knowledge of traditional, Agile, and Hybrid project-management methodologies.
• Experience with SAFe, PRINCE2, and Scrum.
• Experience with project and delivery-management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and MS Project.
• Knowledge of BI and Analytics applied to portfolio and project management.
• Ability to establish hybrid delivery standards, governance models, and management practices.
• Experience with pricing, effort estimation, and project or team sizing.
• Demonstrated experience sizing hybrid teams combining Project Management and Agile capabilities.
• Knowledge or experience applying AI to PMO and Agile environments, including project predictability, risk analysis, automation, and workflow optimization.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to interact effectively with C-level executives, customers, and diverse stakeholders.
• Advanced English or Spanish, supporting collaboration with international customers and nearshore/LATAM teams.
• Relevant certification such as Scrum PSM or CSM, PMP, or SAFe, preferably at Program or Portfolio level.
• Experience with agile transformation and large-scale modernization is advantageous.
• Strategic portfolio-management experience is a plus.
• Additional certifications such as CCMP, SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC), or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt are desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop professionals across Project Management, Agile, and Governance disciplines, providing mentoring, career guidance, continuous learning, and retention initiatives.
• Structure, maintain, and evolve PMO and Agile standards, methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
• Apply and guide teams across Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid delivery models according to project and client needs.
• Organize and lead Center of Excellence teams, promoting collaboration, complementary capabilities, and effective knowledge sharing across disciplines.
• Build and monitor the PMO and Agile evolution roadmap, aligning capability development with organizational and customer requirements.
• Support strategies involving project-management tools, professional certifications, and development of technical and leadership competencies.
• Promote the adoption and evolution of AI-enabled solutions and internal tools that can improve PMO and Agile practices.
• Support decisions related to workforce allocation, capacity planning, team sizing, and the composition of hybrid project and Agile teams.
• Contribute to pricing and effort-estimation activities for projects and services.
• Engage with customers, executive leadership, and multiple stakeholders across national and international environments.
• Support portfolio governance and the use of data, BI, and analytics to improve visibility, predictability, and decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery governance, project performance, risk management, and operational efficiency.

This is a remote leadership opportunity for an experienced professional to serve as a key reference across PMO, project management, agility, and governance disciplines.
You will lead the development of professionals while strengthening methodologies, standards, and delivery practices across the Center of Excellence.
The role combines people leadership, portfolio and project expertise, governance, and strategic workforce planning.
You will help shape the evolution roadmap for PMO and Agile practices while supporting tools, certifications, and capability development.
The position involves working across complex, multi-client and multinational environments with executives, customers, and diverse stakeholders.
