As a Platform Engineer, you will build and maintain Kubernetes-based internal platforms, bridging infrastructure and development to enable teams to deploy and scale applications, while abstracting away complexity using GitOps, Terraform, and Helm.

Qualificações

• 4+ years in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering
• Proven expertise designing and managing production-grade Kubernetes clusters
• Hands-on with Terraform and Helm for IaC and deployments
• Experience implementing GitOps workflows with ArgoCD and related tools
• Strong Linux knowledge, container networking, and cloud-native security

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and manage production-grade Kubernetes clusters across environments
• Develop and maintain Helm charts and templates for standardized deployment
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and lifecycle management with Terraform
• Implement and optimize GitOps-based CD workflows using ArgoCD
• Collaborate with dev teams to define platform standards and scaling strategies
• Ensure platform reliability, security, and performance with proactive monitoring and self-healing

As a Platform Engineer, you will build and maintain robust, scalable Kubernetes-based internal platforms. You will bridge the gap between infrastructure and development, enabling teams to deploy and scale applications seamlessly while abstracting away underlying complexity.

What You'll Do

• Design, implement, and manage production-grade Kubernetes clusters across multiple environments.
• Develop and maintain Helm charts and templates for standardized application deployment and configuration.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and lifecycle management using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Implement and optimize GitOps-based continuous delivery workflows using tools like ArgoCD.
• Collaborate with development teams to define platform standards, resource requirements, and scaling strategies.
• Ensure platform reliability, security, and performance through proactive monitoring and automated self-healing.

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering
• Proven expertise in designing and managing production-grade Kubernetes clusters
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools, specifically Terraform and Helm
• Hands-on experience implementing GitOps workflows using tools like ArgoCD
• Deep understanding of Linux systems, container networking, and cloud-native security
• Strong background in building and maintaining internal developer platforms at scale.
