Platform Engineer
What we expect of you
  • Advanced knowledge of Kubernetes (e.g., Helm, Ingress controller, PV PVC, scaling, controllers)
  • Observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry)
  • Terraform

  • Understanding of FinOps solutions (a plus, not essential)
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and evolve the cloud environment (AWS and GCP), maintaining infrastructure as code (Kubernetes, Terraform, FluxCD).
  • Monitor and ensure service reliability by implementing and maintaining dashboards, metrics and alerts (Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry).
  • Create and maintain automations for transient environments, standardize notebooks and improve the CI / CD pipeline (focus on migration and cost savings).
  • Update and maintain internal open-source software (Chatwoot, Metabase, Airbyte), ensuring security, performance and integration continuity.
  • Act in FinOps practices, monitoring cloud costs, proposing optimizations and configuring automatic alerts to avoid waste.
  • Support the engineering team in diagnosing environment issues, helping devs resolve incidents with autonomy.
  • Standardize and document deployment, monitoring and maintenance processes.
  • Support the evolution of security and compliance practices, including preparation for certifications such as SOC2.
Focus for the First Months
  • Create automations for transient environments.
  • Implement monitoring and cost alerts.
  • Update and optimize the use of Airbyte and other critical components.
  • Increase visibility of the Kubernetes cluster (usage, nodes, pods, costs).
  • Review and standardize CI / CD pipelines, reducing dependence on external tools and operational costs.
Your Role in the Team

This person will take operational and evolutionary responsibility for the infrastructure, historically concentrated with the CTO, ensuring stability, cost efficiency and observability of systems.

It is a hands‑on role with high technical autonomy, close to engineering teams when needed.
