The CP–CROP Planning Department covers Supply Chain, S&OP, and both product and production planning.
The structure is divided into two major pillars: Supply Planning, which ensures demand planning and fulfillment, and Strategy & Pipeline, responsible for defining the production network across Latin America, including decisions on where products will be manufactured and which plants will launch new items.
The team works in close partnership with several internal areas such as Regulatory, Master Data, and Performance, while coordinating 7 manufacturing plants and 9 tollers.
This role does not include direct reports and operates through influential leadership.
The key challenge is to act as a transformation catalyst for Strategy and Planning, strengthening processes, governance, continuous improvement, and digital tools, ultimately driving efficiency, predictability, and functional integration across the organization.
Culture, Capability Building & Change Management: Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement by training teams in Lean, digital practices, governance and AI, and ensuring strong adoption of new ways of working.

Fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
