Sibelco seeks a Graduate Maintenance Planner in Jaguaruna to coordinate and optimize maintenance activities across plants. The role focuses on planning, preparing, and upgrading work orders, while ensuring safety standards and timely execution.

You will collaborate with maintenance, production and engineering teams to improve machine availability, apply PMI practices, and support autonomous maintenance initiatives on site.

Qualificações

• Graduate degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Strong planning and organizational skills are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and prepare maintenance activities to optimize labor, materials, tools and services.
• Add detailed job preparation to work orders including steps, required skills, duration, and equipment.
• Ensure maintenance plan is up to date and registered in the system for KPI analysis.
• Coordinate with 3rd party services and mobile equipment maintenance.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet planned timing and priorities.
• Perform gatekeeping on production notifications and prioritize accordingly.
• Maintain and update the job plan library for high-frequency tasks and improvements.
• Update and maintain data in the preventive maintenance program and close work orders with aftercare.
• Support RCA activities to minimize downtime and improve reliability.
• Organize and implement 5S and SMED practices on site.
• Own small projects with maintenance, production and engineering teams.
• Ensure safe installations and adherence to Sibelco safety rules and LMRA/LOTO procedures.

Together, we can shape the future.**Job Description:**Descrição do cargo• Plan and prepare maintenance activities to achieve efficient utilization of labor, materials, tools and services. • Add detailed job preparation to work orders by providing job plans and procedures, indicating required skills, duration, necessary equipment, etc. • Ensure maintenance plan is up to date and and register and control information in the system to analyse and meet the predefined KPI’s • Plan and coordinate 3rd party services and maintenance, including labor for mobile equipment and auxiliaries • Coordinate with other departments to ensure jobs meet the planned timing • Perform gatekeeping on production notifications and manage them with the correct priority • Build, maintain and update the job plan library to ensure accurate plans exist for high-frequency jobs, to ensure necessary changes/improvements are made and to capture efficienciesImprove work order execution by adding job preparation to maintenance tasks to minimize job duration and maximize machine availability according to Sibelco’s operational excellence and safety principles to contribute to the Sibelco’s continuous improvement culture • Update and maintain data in the preventive maintenance program • Review maintenance jobs and close the work orders with correct aftercare • Execute and support RCA to analyze and minimize machine downtime • Improve and modify equipment and parts to improve machine availability • Capture improvements in maintenance plans and procedures for high frequency jobs • Support and implement autonomous maintenance • Organize and follow up maintenance activities and procedures to apply 5S concept on site • Further implementation of SMED analysis recurrent jobs • Own (follow up, solve) small technical problems and solutions to improve reliability of the plant • Own and follow up small project or sub-projects in collaboration with maintenance, production and engineering teamEnsure necessary actions, including any administration, are taken to allow the installations to be used and maintained in a safe manner according to Sibelco safety rules and standards • Execute LMRA and ensure the maintenance team performs their activities in a safe and healthy way according the Sibelco life saving rules • Perform process confirmations on use of safety procedures and measurements as LOTO, LMRA, SOP’s,... • Add safety instructions to maintenance plans and procedures • Create sop’s and other Sibelco safety procedures • Organize or support safety improvements in collaboration with other departments or safety teamsEnsure adequate and cost-effective procurement of high quality maintenance supplies, in close collaboration with the procurement department of Sibelco. • Use warehouse system to perform maintenance planning and support maintenance manager in stock strategy • Use warehouse system to provide correct parts and tools • Advise in stock parameters in collaboration with maintenance manager • Create purchase order for necessary parts and services • Contact suppliers to ensure correct parts and services are delivered as promised to execute the jobs as planned**Employee Type:**Graduate
