Job Description

Mission

Provide the operational and administrative support necessary to fulfill the sales of goods and maintenance services to civil, military, and governmental clients, and effectively monitor the execution of the negotiated service under supervision.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare quotes for aircraft repairs and parts sales, reviewing the corresponding technical and fiscal documentation, and recording the necessary data for the opening of Service Orders by the workshop.
  • Record customer approvals in the system, releasing the Service Order to the Workshop or creating the Parts Sales Order.
  • Act as the liaison between Helibras and the customer, conducting follow‑ups throughout the service or parts sales process until delivery, providing updates on work progress and other necessary information to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Close Service Orders in the system and in the workshop’s technical dossier, processing invoicing and all related procedures.
  • Manage the allocation and control of customer budget funds (for military and governmental clients), recording completed invoices, performing reconciliations, informing the relevant areas about the need for additional funding, and providing information whenever requested.
  • Support the creation of general sales conditions for aircraft and services. Identify and report to your manager opportunities for improvement or innovation within your area, and participate in technological research and development activities related to your field.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Previous experience in Commercial and/or Procurement activities.
  • Practical skills with Google Workspace and experience in tracking performance indicators.
  • Proactive and analytical profile, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, customer focus, and the ability to listen and understand needs in order to offer the best solutions.
  • Fluency in Portuguese (spoken, written, and reading).
  • Advanced English (will be assessed during the interview).

Missão: Prestar suporte operacional e administrativo necessário ao cumprimento das vendas de bens e serviços de manutenção aos clientes do mercado civil, militar e governamental e acompanhar efetivamente a execução do serviço negociado, sob supervisão.

Responsabilidades
  • Orçamento para reparos e venda de peças aeronáuticas, examinando sua documentação técnica e fiscal, registrando os dados necessários à abertura de Ordens de Serviço pela oficina.
  • Registrar no sistema a aprovação do cliente, liberando a OS para a Oficina ou a criação da Ordem de Venda de Peças.
  • Interação entre Helibras e cliente, com follow‑up na condução do serviço/venda de peça até entrega, com informações sobre o andamento do trabalho e outros necessários à cobertura ao cliente, visando sua satisfação.
  • Encerrar as OS´s no sistema e dossiê técnico da oficina, lançando o faturamento e demais trâmites envolvidos.
  • Controlar os empenhos das verbas disponíveis pelos clientes (para clientes militares e governamentais), registrando os faturamentos realizados, procedendo as baixas devidas, informando as áreas envolvidas na obtenção de novos aportes e ou fornecendo informações sempre que solicitado.
  • Apoiar a criação de condições gerais de vendas de aeronaves e serviços. Identificar e sinalizar a seu gestor oportunidades de melhoria ou inovação em seu setor atuar em atividades de pesquisa tecnológica e desenvolvimento de inovação tecnológica relacionadas à sua área de atuação.
Requisitos
  • Ensino Superior em Engenharia, Administração ou áreas correlatas.
  • Prévia experiência em atividades Comerciais e/ou Compras.
  • Habilidade prática com Google Workspace e acompanhamento de indicadores.
  • Perfil proativo, analítico, com excelente comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal, foco no cliente e capacidade de ouvir e compreender necessidades para oferecer as melhores soluções.
  • Fluência em Português (verbal, escrita e leitura).
  • Inglês avançado (será avaliado na entrevista).
