About the role

We are global IT consulting firm, working with various companies from several industries and we are looking for a strong PI System engineer to expand our PI System Managed Services team. Help us to implement a robust support model as well as implementing the PI System to guide our customers to get the most out of their PI Infrastructure

In this role, you will

• Help on analyzing, proposing and implementing solutions to client challenges in the area of real-time data solutions
• Provide PI System guidelines and best practices
• Implement/manage the managed services solutions for the customer’s portfolio
• PI System performance optimization, monitoring system health, etc
• Support colleagues with the day to day work as well as resolve/troubleshoot issues escalated to you
• Align with customers on initiatives and improvements
• Draft technical documentation such as user manuals, system documentation, training materials

What you need to have to be considered

• Strong understanding of the PI System Architecture
• Strong PI System experience (PI DA, AF, ANAlytics, Interface, Batch interfaces)
• Higher academic or technical education within IT, Engineering, Automation with extensive experience with PI System tools (integration, installation and configuration, support)
• Advanced english
• Enjoy customer interaction

• Experience with other historians (Ignition, IP21)
• Experience with SCADAs or OPC Sevrers (Kepware, DeltaV, Rockewell)
• Experience with third party tools (SynTQ, Seeq, Qlik, SIMCA)
• Rtreprots experience
• Programming and integration skills
• cGXP experience
