Qualifications

• Graduate or undergraduate status is required.
• 0-1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Interest in developing analytical skills and proficiency with Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Support operational activities of the department, contributing to team workflow.
• Collaborate in reviewing policies and procedures of the area.
• Provide support to the team as needed, strengthening daily routines.
• Assist in training activities and participate in department projects as needed.
• Assist in preparing various documents.
• Track document and invoicing flow.
• Support monitoring and reporting of efficiency indicators to leadership.
• Desirable knowledge or interest in developing skills in Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Support use of internal tools (Delta and TOTVS) with team supervision.

• Apoiar na realização de treinamentos e participar de projetos do departamento, conforme a necessidade da área.
• Colaborar na elaboração de documentações diversas.
• Acompanhar a entrada e saída de documentos e notas fiscais.
• Apoiar no acompanhamento e reporte de indicadores de eficiência da área junto à liderança.
• Desejável conhecimento ou interesse em desenvolver habilidades em Pacote Office (Excel, Word e PowerPoint).
• Apoio na utilização de ferramentas internas (Delta e TOTVs), com acompanhamento da equipe.
