There is an exciting opportunity to join a major project supporting one of the Big Four professional services firms in the US. This role is within a Testing Center of Excellence consisting of 250 associates, working remotely from our Uruguay delivery location. The center will centralize resources to execute testing projects and digital transformation services. We are hiring talented Performance Test Engineers.

All teams are currently working remotely under the TCS "Secure Borderless Workspace" (SBWS) model.

Your responsibilities & requirements include:

1. Experience with JMeter, Blazemeter, and LoadRunner.
2. Identify and recommend NFR requirements for performance testing based on product specifications and software requirements.
3. Design, develop, and execute performance test cases and NFR scenarios.
4. Facilitation skills to elicit requirements from stakeholders and groups.
5. Analyze test results and collaborate with teams to resolve performance issues.
6. Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
7. Experience with performance monitoring tools such as AppDynamics and Windows PerfMon.
8. Proficiency with relational databases and SQL queries.
9. Knowledge of infrastructure components like servers, networks, load balancers, etc.
10. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
