Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Performance Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. As a Performance Marketing Specialist at METRA, you will play a pivotal role in driving our advertising efforts and ensuring that our campaigns are optimized for success. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing all PPC campaigns across all platforms, developing data‑driven strategies, SEO strategies, etc. Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage PPC campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis.
  • Analyze and optimize ad performance to achieve KPIs and ROI targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement data‑driven strategies.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations.
Requirements
  1. Digital Advertising Platforms: Proficiency in using various advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
  2. Paid Search and SEO: Knowledge of both paid search (PPC) and search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to maximize online visibility and drive traffic.
  3. Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills to interpret marketing data, key performance indicators (KPIs), and metrics to optimize campaigns and make data‑driven decisions.
  4. A/B Testing: Ability to plan and execute A/B tests to assess ad and landing page performance, helping to refine campaigns.
  5. Keyword Research: Skill in conducting keyword research to identify the most effective keywords and phrases for advertising campaigns.
  6. Ad Copywriting: Proficiency in crafting compelling ad copy that engages and converts target audiences. Strong writing and creative skills to develop persuasive ad copy and campaign strategies.
  7. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Knowledge of CRO principles to enhance the effectiveness of landing pages and conversion paths.
  8. Budget Management: Ability to manage advertising budgets effectively to achieve desired results within specified cost limits.
