A global celebration company is seeking a People Operations Generalist to oversee employee lifecycle processes and ensure data integrity within HR systems. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of HR experience, be fluent in Portuguese and English, and have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources. ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:
The People Operations Generalist role at TKWW will provide some operational support to People BPs, but with a renewed focus on process standardization, HR systems management, and data ownership. People Operations is responsible for setting the global standards, processes, and policies for all employee lifecycle changes, and the Generalist will play a key role in ensuring these processes are executed flawlessly across all regions. The People Operations Generalist will manage administrative tasks related to the employee lifecycle (such as onboarding, offboarding, promotions, merit adjustments, etc.), but with an increased emphasis on process alignment, systems management, and data integrity. As the "guardians of the data," People Operations is accountable for the accuracy and reliability of employee information, and you will help maintain this high standard by ensuring that all data and lifecycle changes are recorded and updated correctly.
