The People Engagement Team is responsible for translating PMI’s purpose and business strategy into compelling narratives and meaningful local engagement initiatives. This role plays a key part in fostering connection, inclusion, and alignment across the organization.

Your Day-to-Day
  • Develop and implement internal communication and employee engagement campaigns aligned with business priorities and company culture.
  • Design and execute cultural rituals and engagement initiatives, such as town halls, live sessions, celebrations, and DEI-related events.
  • Manage relationships with agencies and external vendors, including briefing, follow-up, and ensuring quality standards and deadlines.
  • Support and lead employee engagement projects in collaboration with cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Plan and manage the internal communications and events activation calendar, ensuring consistency and impact.
  • Support content development for internal communication channels.
  • Localize global programs, translating them into relevant and meaningful local communication and engagement initiatives.
  • Operate internal communication channels, monitoring performance indicators and engagement metrics.
  • Support change management initiatives through clear, timely, and effective communication.
  • Drive continuous improvement of communication processes, workflows, and formats to enhance employee experience.
Who We’re Looking For
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Advertising, Public Relations, or related fields.
  • Professional English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global environment.
  • At least 3 years of experience in internal communications and/or employee engagement.
  • Proven experience working with agencies and external vendors.
  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to manage priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience using Canva and CapCut for internal communication materials and digital content.
  • Previous experience supporting or leading change management initiatives.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, collaborate cross‑functionally, and act as a trusted communication partner.
  • Proactive mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement and employee experience.
