A leading company in payroll services is seeking a Payroll Analyst located in Brazil, Paraná, Londrina. The successful candidate will be responsible for controlling time sheets, managing employee admissions and dismissals, and analyzing payroll. A degree in Administration, Law, HR, or Accounting is required along with strong computer skills and fluency in English. The role involves preparing expense reports, ensuring compliance with labor legislation, and offering support to employees.
Position : Payroll Analyst.
Reports to : Payroll Manager.
Location : Guarapari - ES.
Responsible for controlling time sheets, managing employee admissions and dismissals, analyzing payroll, processing contract terminations and related charges, overseeing employee benefits, and preparing reports.
You have a duty to look after your own health and safety and that of others who may be affected by your actions at work.
You will perform assigned duties and tasks safely, in accordance with instructions, and comply with all Health, Safety and Environmental rules, policies, procedures, regulations and codes of practice.
You must also cooperate with management and fellow employees to help everyone meet their legal obligations.
Be sure to follow any health, safety and environmental instructions or training that the Company provides and report any hazards, injuries or health problems that present a serious and imminent risk.
Inform your line manager of any deficiencies you identify within the health and safety arrangements.
For the professional exercise of the Payroll Analyst, higher education is required, in addition to one to two years of experience in the area for some occupations.
