Our client, a top multinational in e-commerce, is lookingfor aPayments Senior Associateto join their Cross-Border team inLATAM.

In this role, you will:
- Lead a team of analysts inpayment reconciliation and operational excellence.
-Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensuretimely and efficient project delivery.
- Driveprocess improvementsto enhance buyer/seller payment experiences.
- Collaborate withbanks, Fintechs, and internal teamsto resolve payment discrepancies.
- Analyze data (SQL/Excel) toreduce costsandoptimize workflows.
- Ensure compliance and efficiency incross-border payment systems.

What we’re looking for:
-2-5 years of experienceinproject management (PMO)within thetechnology sector.
- 3–5 years of experiencein payments, e-commerce, or fintech (reconciliation focus is a plus!).
- Advanced Data Analysis Skills (Excel/SQL) and proficiency inproject management tools(e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello)
-Fluent English and Portuguese (written/spoken) is a MUST.
-Leadership mindsetwith ability to coach small teams.
- Problem-solver who thrives indeadline-driven environments.
