Partner Success Associate (Agent/ISO Channel)

As a Partner Success Associate (ISO/Agent Channel), you will have the exciting opportunity to grow our ecosystem of EBizCharge Agent and Independent Sales Organizations (ISO) Partners Channel. This role is critical in expanding our network of ISOs and agents and will work directly with the VP of Strategic Alliances and Director of Agent and ISO Channel to identify, recruit, attract and develop new ISO and Agents strategic partnerships through self-generated leads.

Position Requirements:

  • Pursue and create long lasting partnerships with ISOs and Independent Agents to build a referral partnership with them through self-generated leads.
  • Identify, recruit, onboard and develop new high performing ISOs, and sales agents’ partners specializing in payment processing solutions.
  • Manage and motivate signed Agents/ISOs into becoming productive partners.
  • Successfully lead negotiations of partnership agreements, commission structures, and contract terms with independent agents/ISOs.
  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies that align with company objectives and growth targets.
  • Develop strong relationships with onboard agents and ISOs to maximize revenue.
  • Onboard new partners and collaborate with various internal team members and departments to ensure seamless onboarding for recruited partners.
  • Stay up to date on new product enhancements to relay to partners.
  • Complete accurate tracking of communication with current partners in CRM.
  • This position will require up to 30%-40% Travel to attend different industry conferences and Trade Shows.

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS Degree in Business Administration or related field required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience directly recruiting Agents/ISOs within the merchant services industry is required.
  • Ability to effectively source, and prospect leads.
  • Proven track record of previously successfully managing and recruiting Agents/ISOs partners.
  • Ability to motivate signed ISO’s into productive partners.
  • Deep understanding of the payment processing industry and the payments space, including merchant acquiring, payment gateways..etc.
  • Previous experience using Salesforce is highly preferred.
  • Ability to multi-task, take initiative, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong negotiation, interpersonal skills, networking, and relationship-building skills required.
  • Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-starter, who is prepared to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
