What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Develop and execute a strategic partner plan to expand the customer base and achieve sales targets
- Define and document partner-specific business development strategies to ensure mutual buy-in
- Cultivate strategic alignment between the employer and partner roadmaps
- Develop and execute joint go-to-market plans that align with revenue goals and KPIs
- Utilize CRM to track and report key performance metrics related to revenue-driving activities
What is Required (Qualifications)
- 5-7 years of experience in business development and/or direct sales focused on partner relationships
- Strong CRM skills with the ability to accurately forecast channel revenue
- Experience in the digital banking space, particularly in fraud and advanced analytics
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including strong presentation abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
