What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Own the design and implementation of global partner programs focused on consulting, implementation, managed, and success services
  • Define the partner journey, including lifecycle phases, milestones, and benefits, with integrated AI capabilities
  • Build scalable programs across the partner lifecycle, emphasizing recruitment, onboarding, enablement, and performance management
  • Use analytics to monitor partner performance and iterate based on data-driven insights
  • Collaborate with various teams to execute programs and create executive-level communications and presentations
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 12+ years of experience in partner programs, channel strategy, or ecosystem management roles within technology or SaaS organizations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience building partner programs for Systems Integrators, Managed Service Providers, or Cloud Service Providers
  • Experience applying AI tools or automation to enhance partner engagement and operations
  • Strong analytical skills for evaluating ROI and program performance
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • MBA in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Exceptional communication, program management, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proven ability to design and implement incentive frameworks aligned with business goals
  • Familiarity with AI-powered partner management platforms and analytics tools
  • Experience launching and managing global SaaS partner programs
