In Partner Operations at OnePay, you’ll own the operational relationships with our external partners, ensuring their performance is aligned with our business strategy and customer commitments. Reporting into the Operations leadership team, you will bridge strategy and execution by overseeing partner performance, troubleshooting operational gaps, and enabling scalable growth.
Lead problem-solving during escalations, ensuring root causes are addressed and long-term solutions implemented.
