We are seeking a results-driven Partner & Channel Sales Manager to expand global partnerships and accelerate international revenue growth. In this role, you will identify, recruit, and empower channel partners, resellers, and strategic alliances, while building strong, long-term relationships across diverse markets. You will drive value-based sales, support partner enablement, and create scalable business opportunities worldwide. The position requires cultural adaptability, entrepreneurial thinking, and an ability to operate in a fast-paced, global environment. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, allowing you to influence market expansion and partner performance across multiple regions.

Accountabilities:
  • Develop and scale global partnerships, identifying and onboarding resellers, strategic alliances, and channel partners to drive international sales growth.
  • Build and maintain trust with partners across cultures by adapting communication styles and understanding local business practices.
  • Execute value-based sales strategies and market expansion initiatives tailored to regional needs.
  • Provide training, sales enablement, and ongoing support to partners to maximize revenue potential.
  • Monitor partner performance using sales data and analytics, adjusting strategies to optimize results.
  • Identify and create new business opportunities, leveraging market insights and an entrepreneurial approach.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in partner/channel sales, business development, or strategic alliances, preferably in SaaS, MedTech, B2B, or Aesthetic industries.
  • Proficiency in English plus fluency in at least one additional language (Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic, or Mandarin preferred).
  • Proven success in high-value B2B sales and partnership development across international markets.
  • Strong ability to adapt sales strategies to diverse cultural expectations and business environments.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
