A growing international company is seeking a Customer Support Agent to provide remote assistance with a focus on timely responses and customer satisfaction. This part-time role is ideal for candidates with C1 proficiency in written English and prior customer support experience. Start date : 05.01.2026
Schedule : 8 AM - 8 PM; 8 PM - 8 AM CET, 24/7, day and night shifts. (2 by 2. Two working days, followed by two days of rest) (around 8-10 shifts per month)
Proactively ensure uninterrupted coverage of colleagues’ working hours, including night shifts, in response to client requests, particularly during vacations, sick leave, or other absences. All substitutions will be discussed 24‑48h upfront.
