A remote assistance company is seeking a Customer Support Agent proficient in English (C1). This part-time role requires responding to inquiries, supporting technical questions, and analyzing customer feedback. Ideal candidates will have experience in customer support and problem-solving skills. The role offers a flexible schedule with 20 paid vacation days and 10 sick leave days annually. Join our fast growing company as a Customer Support Agent (with English C1 language skills). It is a remote part‑time position.
Start date : 05.01.2026
Schedule : 8 AM - 8 PM; 8 PM - 8 AM CET, 24 / 7, day and night shifts. (2 by 2. Two working days, followed by two days of rest) (around 8‑10 shifts per month)
Proactively ensure uninterrupted coverage of colleagues' working hours, including night shifts, in response to client requests, particularly during vacations, sick leave, or other absences. All substitutions will be discussed 24‑48h upfront.
