Panel Marketing Team Lead

The Panel Marketing Team Lead coordinates and executes panel-facing marketing strategies to improve panel size, engagement and retention across all centralised panels and key markets.

This role manages the Panel Marketing team, organizes workload, and delivers high-quality marketing campaigns following brand guidelines.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Panel Marketing delivery team, including development, appraisal, delegation, guidance, training and support.
  • Contribute to panel growth across all centralised panel brands and key markets.
  • Coordinate efforts with the Strategy function to avoid overlapping outreach and ensure a cohesive member experience.
  • Ensure branding, editorial and marketing guidelines are followed for all email campaigns and work with Design & Content teams for consistency.
  • Develop and implement enhancements to email marketing processes, improving efficiency through automation and streamlined workflows.
  • Collaborate with the Panel Marketing Manager to create and implement global panel marketing strategies.
  • Review and approve final campaigns, ensuring they meet brand guidelines and specifications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet day-to-day deliverables.
  • Own panel growth efforts for all centralised panel brands, managing the campaign calendar, planner and reports.
  • Take ownership of ad-hoc projects and new initiatives as required.
  • Provide support to new team members during onboarding and training.
  • Evaluate and analyse live campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for optimisation.
  • Ensure deadlines and budgets are met, working with the Panel Marketing Strategy Manager to sign off costs.
Qualifications
Education and Training

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a relevant field.

Language Skills

Fluent English speaker with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Second language proficiency preferred but not required.

Experience

3+ years of B2C marketing experience.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Effective project and time-management skills, with strong planning, prioritisation and deadline-meeting ability.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Data collection & analysis.
  • Member database management.
  • Email marketing and automation workflows.
  • Google Analytics experience (plus).
  • Marketing experience in the healthcare space desirable.
  • Ability to brief in-house designers effectively.
