Job description
🌳 About Sigga
Sigga is a global leader in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions. Our mission is to empower asset-intensive businesses—in sectors like manufacturing, oil & gas, mining, and utilities—to achieve their digital transformation.
We do this by connecting frontline maintenance workers and maintenance planners & schedulers directly to SAP with a powerful, mobile, no-code platform. Our solutions (like EAM Empower and Planning & Scheduling) replace paper, eliminate inefficiencies, and give teams the data they need to boost productivity, increase asset uptime, and drive real-world profitability.
Main responsibilities
🚀 The Opportunity
This is not your average content marketing job. We are looking for a strategic storyteller who can translate complex, technical concepts into compelling, value-driven narratives.
As our Content Marketing Manager, you will be the chief storyteller and architect of our content engine. You won't just be writing blogs; you'll be building a strategic function that educates the market, establishes Sigga as a thought leader in the SAP EAM space, and generates a predictable pipeline of high-quality leads.
You'll be a perfect fit if you love digging into a technical, industrial world (think "wrench time," "OEE," and "predictive maintenance") and turning its challenges into clear, engaging content that speaks directly to Maintenance Planners, Reliability Engineers, and VPs of Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with marketing-influenced pipeline goals.
- Persona-Based Creation: Own the creation of high-impact content across the entire buyer's journey. This includes:
- Thought Leadership: White papers, in-depth guides, and ebooks.
- Demand Generation: Webinar presentations, landing page copy, video scripts and email nurture content.
- Brand & Awareness: Blog posts, infographics, and social media (LinkedIn) content.
- Sales Enablement: Customer case studies, product data sheets, and competitive battlecards.
- Technical Translation: Become an expert in our products and audience. Translate complex EAM and SAP-related topics into clear, benefits-driven stories.
- Editorial Management: Own the content calendar, managing all production timelines from initial concept to final promotion.
- SEO & Distribution: Develop and execute an SEO strategy to capture organic traffic for key industry terms. Ensure all content is promoted effectively across email, social, and partner channels.
- Measurement & Optimization: Define, track, and report on key content KPIs (e.g., MQLs, SQLs, pipeline influence, content engagement). Use data to continuously improve your strategy.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to source ideas, ensure content accuracy, and support company-wide goals.
Who You Are (Qualifications)
- Experienced: 5+ years in a B2B content marketing role, with a portfolio that showcases your writing and strategic skills.
- A Technical Translator: You have proven experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or a related technology field. You are skilled at making complex subjects simple and compelling.
- A B2B Strategist: You think in terms of funnels, pipelines, and MQLs. You understand that content is a core driver of the commercial business, not just a "nice to have."
- An Exceptional Writer & Editor: You have a keen eye for detail and a strong, clear writing voice. You are a stickler for quality.
- Data-Driven: You are comfortable in a marketing automation platform (like HubSpot) and Google Analytics. You use data to make decisions.
- Curious & Proactive: You are a self-starter who is genuinely curious about the industrial world our customers live in.
Bonus Points (Highly Valued)
- Direct experience with EAM, CMMS or industrial maintenance.
- Knowledge of the SAP ecosystem (especially SAP PM or S/4HANA).

fer a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and flexible work arrangements.
