The ideal candidate is currently enrolled in a Law program and possesses basic knowledge of Civil Law and Insurance Law. You will negotiate settlements and coordinate external counsel, all while enjoying benefits like medical coverage and a hybrid work model.

Qualificações

• Enrolled in a Law program at the undergraduate or graduate level.

Overview

Legal Resolver – São Paulo, Brazil. Join a high‑performance team focused on impactful litigation and risk management within a global insurer.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of litigation and regulatory processes according to predefined internal thresholds.
• Negotiate settlements in line with allocated authority limits.
• Coordinate external counsel and collect case evidence for company defense.
• Assess technical reserve construction, payment requests, and settlement agreements.
• Track and update case status.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in a Law program (undergraduate or graduate).
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Civil Law, Civil Procedure, and Insurance Law.
• Familiarity with electronic court platforms (PJe, E‑SAJ, Projudi, etc.).
• Excellent technical and legal writing skills.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model (3 days in office, 2 days remote).
