Overview

Senior AI Engineer • Full-Time • Remote from Latin America • Required Overlap: 9AM - 3PM PST (6 hours)

About the Role

EkLine is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to lead the development and optimization of AI-powered features for our documentation platform. You will design and deploy AI agents, fine-tune large language models (LLMs), and build ML-driven tools for content quality scoring, style enforcement, and workflow automation. This is a high-impact role where your work will directly shape the product, improve customer outcomes, and influence the company\'s AI/ML roadmap.

Success indicators for the first 3-6 months

• Deliver production-ready AI agents integrated into the platform.
• Fine-tune LLMs for at least two major customer use cases.
• Deploy an ML-based content quality scoring feature used by 80%+ of customers.
• Establish initial AI/ML engineering best practices for the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI agents to enhance product features and automation.
• Fine-tune and optimize LLMs for domain-specific tasks and customer needs.
• Build and implement ML algorithms for content quality, style enforcement, and workflow optimization.

Requirements

• Annual Salary: $72,000-84,000 USD
