Tata Consultancy Services in São Paulo, Brazil seeks an experienced Oracle EPM Administrator to own the daily maintenance, operation, and improvement of Oracle EPM Cloud Planning and Budgeting (PBCS/EPBCS) applications supporting FP&A and financial planning operations.

Reporting to the Director, Data & Analytics, the role involves hands-on system ownership, managing administration, integrations, support, and coordination of external consultants to ensure platform stability and governance.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of Oracle EPM administration and FP&A systems experience.
• Experience administering Oracle EPM Cloud Planning (PBCS/EPBCS).
• Able to translate finance requirements into scalable EPM solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Own daily Oracle EPM Cloud PBC operations and monitor health.
• Maintain metadata, dimensions, hierarchies, aliases, attributes, and mappings.
• Administer users, groups, roles, and access via OCI Console and EPM security.
• Manage integrations and data flows.
• Coordinate external consultants while maintaining governance of the platform.
• Create, manage, and elevate Oracle SRs through My Oracle Support.

We are seeking for an experienced pro issional:

To own the daily maintenance, operation, and continuous improvement of Oracle EPM Cloud Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS/EPBCS) applications supporting FP&A and financial planning operations.

Reporting to the Director, Data & Analytics, this individual will serve as the hands-on system owner for the Oracle EPM platform, managing:

• Daily application administration and support
• Integrations and data flows
• Oracle Support interactions
• Coordination of third-party consultants

Key Responsibilities

Oracle EPM Administration & Operations

• Manage daily Oracle EPM Cloud PBC operations and monitor application health.
• Maintain metadata, dimensions, hierarchies, aliases, attributes, and mappings.
• Administer users, groups, roles, and access through OCI Console and EPM security.
• Monitor business rules, rule sets, data maps, Smart Pushes, and scheduled jobs.
• Troubleshoot issues related to:
• Data
• Metadata
• Calculations
• Integrations
• Smart View
• Security and access management

User Support & Platform Ownership

• Support FP&A users with:
• Input forms
• Ad hoc analysis
• Planning submissions
• Database refreshes
• Reporting activities
• Create, manage, and elevate Oracle Service Requests (SRs) through My Oracle Support.
• Coordinate external consultants while maintaining internal ownership and governance of the platform.

Integrations & Continuous Improvement

• Support integrations with SAP, AWS-based data flows, and downstream reporting processes.
• Identify opportunities for:
• Simplification
• Automation
• Performance optimization
• Governance improvements
• Partner with Finance, Digital, and external teams to ensure successful planning cycles and platform stability.

Minimum Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in:
• Finance
• Accounting
• Information Systems
• Computer Science
• Or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in:
• Oracle EPM administration
• FP&A systems

Oracle EPM Expertise

• Hands-on experience administering Oracle EPM Cloud Planning applications (PBCS/EPBCS), including:
• Metadata management
• Security administration
• Forms configuration
• Business rules
• Data maps
• Integrations

FP&A & Finance Expertise

• Strong understanding of:
• P&L Planning
• Operating Expense (OpEx) Planning
• Workforce Planning
• CapEx Planning
• Revenue Planning
• Allocations
• Currency Conversion
• Management Reporting
• Experience supporting:
• Budget cycles
• Forecast cycles
• Long-Range Planning (LRP)
