4DF Connect is seeking an experienced professional for ERP project management, specifically with Oracle EBS system implementation in São Paulo. The role involves managing complex business scenarios, ensuring cross-team communication, and executing project plans effectively.

The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of financial processes and a proven ability to communicate in English. A minimum on-site presence of 3 days a week at the São Paulo office is required.

Overview

Solid experience with Oracle EBS system implementation experience in tax projects, preferably multinational and Internet industry projects.

Responsibilities

• Familiar with ERP project management methodology and tools; carry out project planning, execution, progress follow-up, risk control, etc.
• Good communication and coordination skills; promote cross‑border cross‑team communication and project advancement.
• Analyze requirements of complex business scenarios; issue standard function‑based and customized scheme design.

Qualifications

• Strong sense of responsibility, goal orientation, and user awareness.
• Good command of English, oral and written communication.
• Familiar with financial and tax processes and practical operation; familiar with Oracle EBS financial modules (GL, FA, AP, AR, RI, asset management, expense control and other ERP financial and tax products).
• Need to go to São Paulo office on site at least 3 days a week.
