The role involves supporting Oracle Cloud Financial Modules, resolving issues, and collaborating with users. The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of experience with fluency in Oracle and advanced English skills. Occasional onsite attendance is required.

Qualificações

• Advanced English level required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant field.
• Ability to work independently with customers.

• Work with Global Support team for issue resolution.

We are looking for a professional who is fluent in Oracle.

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

• Broad experience in cloud implementations & support
• Senior resources with hands‑to‑keyboard capabilities to configure Oracle Cloud (Expense, PO, AP)
• Very good understanding of Brazil related localization in Oracle cloud
• Able to work independently with customer
• Agile way of working

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

• Oracle Cloud Financial Modules – Support
• Issue resolution and fix
• Collaborate and meeting with users to understand the issue
• Work with Oracle on Service request
• Work with Global Support team located in India and collaborate for smooth issue resolution
• Period close activities

Qualifications

• English Level: Advanced
• Experience: + 5 years
• Business hours
• Contract: approximately 1 year

The collaborator is requested to attend the site 1 or 2 times a month. The offices are in B. utantã, São Paulo
