This role involves supporting Oracle Cloud Financial Modules, resolving issues, and collaborating with users and global support teams. The candidate must have advanced English proficiency and a good understanding of Brazilian localization in Oracle Cloud. This position requires occasional site visits in São Paulo.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud implementations and support.
• Advanced English level required.
• Good understanding of Brazil-related localization on AR and TAX.

Responsabilidades

• Support Oracle Cloud Financial Modules.
• Resolve issues and provide solutions.
• Collaborate with users to understand their issues.
• Work with Oracle on service requests.

ORACLE Cloud Finance Consultant - A2C ( Senior)

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

• Broad experience in cloud implementations & support
• Senior resources with hands‑to‑keyboard capabilities to configure Oracle Cloud (AR, GL, TAX, CM, FA, Collection Modules)
• Very good understanding of Brazil related localization on AR and TAX in Oracle cloud
• Able to work independently with customer
• Agile way of working

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

• Oracle Cloud Financial Modules – Support
• Issue resolution and fix
• Collaborate and meeting with users to understand the issue
• Work with Oracle on Service request
• Work with Global Support team located in India and collaborate for smooth issue resolution
• Period close activities.

• Experience: + 7 years
