Optimization Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving operational excellence through technology, automation, and intelligent systems. Evaluate, document, and enhance workflow efficiency across the employee lifecycle. Identify opportunities for automation using tools like Zapier, Workato, Power Automate, or internal HRIS systems. Collaborate with HR stakeholders to minimize manual work, streamline approvals, and improve process accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor AI-driven workflows to boost response times and reduce operational bottlenecks.
• Design and maintain AI-powered chatbots to handle routine HR inquiries, FAQs, and employee self-service needs.
• Analyze chatbot performance to improve accuracy, tone, and efficiency using feedback loops and analytics.
