Hedgepoint Global Markets is seeking a motivated intern to assist the Operations & Treasury team in Campinas. You will help with reconciliations, trade validation, and cash flow monitoring, while supporting treasury activities like currency hedging and investments.

Qualificações

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, or Business Administration.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge.
• Basic knowledge of financial markets, derivatives a plus.
• Programming skills (VBA and/or Python is a plus).
• English (Advanced).

Responsabilidades

• Assist Operations & Treasury team in daily routines, including reconciliations and internal booking validation.
• Ensure accuracy in bank inflow/outflow reconciliations and trade-related processes.
• Support trade event processing and validation of trade flows across business lines.
• Assist Treasury activities such as currency hedging and cash management reporting.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support development of reports.

Job Purpose

The intern will support key activities and processes within the Operations & Treasury Department. Responsibilities include assisting in daily operational routines such as reconciliations, trade validation, and cash flow monitoring, as well as supporting treasury activities including currency hedging, investments, and cash management reporting. The role also provides exposure to multiple business areas and contributes to process improvement initiatives.

Key Activities

• Assist Operations & Treasury team in daily routines, including clearing brokers reconciliations and internal booking validation.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in bank inflow and outflow reconciliations and trade‑related processes.
• Support trade event processing and validation of trade flows across different business lines.
• Assist Treasury activities such as currency hedging, cash management reporting, and monitoring of investments.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support the development and maintenance of operational tools and reports.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, or Business Administration.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge (Office package).
• Basic knowledge of financial markets, especially derivatives (is a plus).
• Programming skills (VBA and/or Python is a plus).
• English (Advanced).

Location

Cambui - Campinas/SP - Up to twice a week at the base office.
