“Wow! [Your Name Here] is the best Operations Manager we’ve ever seen!”
Are you looking for a role that goes beyond a typical job—a real launchpad to becoming COO of a first-in-class company within five years? If so, leading Delivery Operations for Fertility Bridge, including Podcast, Digest, and Advertiser Traffic & Strategy, could be the perfect opportunity.
How do you know if this is your dream work and if Fertility Bridge is your dream client? If you think you can achieve these outcomes, this just might be the place for you:
Gross Margins of 80% Maintained
- Maintain 80% gross margins across all Inside Reproductive Health offerings and clients.
- Ensure gross profit is achieved for every engagement.
- Establish and manage utilization rates and per-unit costs for each seat and offering, including podcast episodes, news digest articles, and advertiser deliverables.
- Oversee cost efficiency and profitability across both full-time employees and contractors.
Systems Established, Streamlined, and Executed
- Build and continuously improve systems for fulfillment of all products and services, including Podcast, News Digest, and Advertiser deliverables.
- Ensure all systems are documented, reviewed, updated, and executed with consistency and precision.
- Identify and eliminate unnecessary work or deliverables to maximize efficiency.
- Create a culture of operational excellence where the team solves the same problems in consistent, effective ways.
Division and Team Leadership
- Lead a division of up to 30 employees and/or independent contractors, including up to seven direct reports.
- Hold team members accountable to “Yes on Get It, Want It, and Have the Capacity” for their assigned outcomes.
- Ensure all team members are aligned with company values using the People Analyzer and follow company-wide standards.
- Create and realign seats as needed, defining seat outcomes, scorecards, job descriptions, paid assignments, training, and placement within the accountability chart.
Customer Retention and Satisfaction
- Achieve an annual customer retention rate greater than 75%, with the majority of clients renewing or upgrading after 12 months.
- Maintain an average customer satisfaction score of 9/10 (or 4.5/5).
- Foster deep, long-term client relationships built on trust, measurable results, and exceptional value.
Delivery Team Retention and Engagement
- Maintain an average delivery team retention rate of 4 years.
- Build a 2:1 reserve ratio for every delivery seat to ensure stability and scalability.
- Achieve a delivery team engagement score of 9/10 (or 4.5/5) through effective leadership, development, and alignment with company culture.
What we think we have for you to achieve your Outcome(s)
- People & Roles: HR system for recruiting, structured hiring and engagement processes, and a defined accountability chart with all seats and outcomes (including part‑time PMs, coordinators, account managers, and finance support).
- Training & Resources: Comprehensive SOP Library, Loom video trainings, policies, and resources on managing to outcomes, company values, and the fertility field.
- Tools & Systems: Outcome Hub with templates linked to Asana (Rocks, planners, and client projects), plus a standardized client portal for consistent project management.
- Financial Clarity: Access to invoices, budgets, cost tracking, and consultation with bookkeeper/accountant to measure and monitor gross profit and client/service performance.
- Standardized Operations: Documented offerings, advertiser goals and onboarding processes, pre‑approved paid assignment budgets, and consistent strategies for account management and sponsorship delivery.
What we don’t have (YET!) for you to achieve your outcome(s)
- Streamlined Systems: Existing cost‑tracking and project management (Asana) templates are overly complex or inconsistent; you’ll simplify, standardize, and ensure accuracy across tools.
- Team Structure & Capacity: Some roles lack adequate backups or clear seat design; you’ll recruit, onboard, and reorganize team members to ensure coverage and efficiency.
- Talent Development: Current team includes many part‑time, overseas contractors; you’ll coach, mentor, reassign, or offboard as needed to build a strong, aligned team.
- Operational Gaps: Key functions like data architecture, data administration, and advertiser reporting are not yet in place—you’ll establish and implement these systems.
- Brand & Leadership Transition: The IRH brand and customer satisfaction systems are still developing, and the owner remains deeply involved; you’ll strengthen brand execution and free leadership from day‑to‑day fulfillment.
