A leading technology company in São Paulo is seeking a motivated professional to enhance partner performance and SLS goals. The role involves managing program initiatives and coordinating with partners while utilizing data metrics. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree and possess significant program management experience. Advanced English skills are essential. This position aims at improving overall Hub performance and safety awareness.

Qualificações

Descrição da oferta de emprego

Works with field teams to improve partner performance and SLS goals by proposing program measures that respond to partner feedback gathered through VoP and other mechanisms. Engages in metrics for improvement, escalations, program initiative rollouts or new program adjustments, fielding complaints, discussing profitability, training and driving business reviews to improve Hub performance and program performance. Coordinates with Hub partners (Store Owners) and 3P vendors who support these functions. Shapes compliance as a continuous, process‑led activity through tech & audits. Partner with TRC team to design/manage audit for the channel, external forensic audits. Develops and shares safety notifications to store partners in app to create/promote safety awareness.

Key Deliverables
  • Monthly PX (partner experience) surveys.
  • Monthly monitoring of DA IAQ (in app questions) with refreshes as needed.
  • Monthly Review of survey and IAQ insights and owner of related action items, following up with Ops, Product and other Program pillars to ensure resolution of issue.
  • Monitoring SLS goals and development of incentives for program.
  • Interface with ECCF and WW teams to develop and implement program improvements.
  • Interface with TRC for compliance issues.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience in program or project management.
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
  • Experience owning program strategy, end‑to‑end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • Advanced English skills.
  • Experience leading process improvements.
  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field.
