We’re now building a world‑class operations team that pairs analytical rigor with deep empathy for our patients and providers. This role sits at the center of that effort.

As Operations Lead, you’ll partner closely with Honeydew’s VP of Operations Tamazine Davison to drive high‑priority initiatives, own critical workflows, and strengthen the systems that power our clinical and business operations. You’ll have the opportunity to design processes, improve performance, streamline provider operations, and deliver measurable impact across the organization.

The role blends the structured problem‑solving of consulting with the hands‑on execution required to keep a fast‑growing healthcare organization running smoothly. You’ll touch everything from provider enablement, SOPs, and SLAs to quality audits, KPI tracking, and cross‑functional special projects.

In a typical week, you might:

  • Lead cross‑functional operational initiatives spanning clinical operations, patient experience, and provider workflows.
  • Map complex operational systems, identify bottlenecks, and design scalable solutions.
  • Build and refine SOPs, SLAs, and quality standards that ensure patients receive consistent, high‑quality care.
  • Analyze performance data, surface insights, and drive accountability against KPIs.
  • Partner closely with the clinical leadership team to improve provider onboarding, training, and quality management.
  • Collaborate with product, CX, and marketing teams to align operations with company‑wide priorities and goals.
  • Work directly with Honeydew leadership to set priorities, evaluate new opportunities, and unlock operational leverage as we scale.

  • Consulting or operations experience: 3+ years in management consulting or a fast‑paced operations role with a strong track record of impact and advancement.

  • Collaborative leader: Kind, thoughtful, and persuasive teammate who builds trust quickly, drives alignment across stakeholders, and leads with clarity.
  • Mission‑driven mindset: Motivated by improving access to high‑quality care and making a meaningful difference in patients’ lives.
Nice to have
  • Experience in healthcare operations, provider operations, or a regulated services environment.
  • Background in process design, quality management, or operational excellence frameworks.
