As Operations Lead, you’ll partner closely with Honeydew’s VP of Operations Tamazine Davison to drive high‑priority initiatives, own critical workflows, and strengthen the systems that power our clinical and business operations. You’ll have the opportunity to design processes, improve performance, streamline provider operations, and deliver measurable impact across the organization.
The role blends the structured problem‑solving of consulting with the hands‑on execution required to keep a fast‑growing healthcare organization running smoothly. You’ll touch everything from provider enablement, SOPs, and SLAs to quality audits, KPI tracking, and cross‑functional special projects.
