Job Description

As a key member of our organization, the Enablement Process Manager is responsible for leading the operational backbone behind internal training systems, documentation structure, and methodology governance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation and knowledge extraction protocols.
  • Oversee template governance and content maintenance to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Design and implement training curricula and Learning Management System (LMS) development initiatives.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration of new team members.
  • Monitor and enforce learning path compliance across the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, Education, Sales, Communications, or a related field.
  • Preferred: Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Adult Learning, Curriculum & Instruction, or a similar field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in roles such as Training Coordinator, Instructional Design Specialist, Enablement Coordinator, Curriculum Development Assistant, Knowledge Management Specialist, or Process Documentation / PMO Support.
