Fala Company seeks online English teachers to deliver one-on-one business English and conversation lessons to executives in a fully remote setting. Teachers must be fluent in English with a North American accent and able to communicate in Portuguese as needed.

The role offers flexible scheduling and no minimum teaching hours, with classes conducted via Zoom, Meet, or Teams. Applicants should have prior online teaching experience and proficiency in using digital tools to support lessons.

Fala Company needs online English teachers for business English classes . We are based in Brazil, and our students are executives looking to improve their conversational and business English fluency.

The teaching staff already consists of more than 90 teachers, and we are currently looking for English teachers, with a focus on the North American accent.

With Fala Company, you will have access to renowned textbooks and many students eager to learn English through the communicative approach.

You will be able to enjoy the flexibility of working with videoconferencing platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams). And there is no minimum number of teaching hours required , so you can work as many hours as you want.

We offer one-hour individual lessons. Y ou must have previous experience as an English teacher.

The Ideal Teacher

We are seeking English teachers who are fluent in English (North-American Accent) and have a good command of Portuguese.

• Rate: competitive hourly rate per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach individual English classes to adults (B2/C1 levels).
• Correct speech and fluency errors with the students.
• Be available to schedule the first class at 09 a.m. (tuesdays and thursdays).
• Class schedule will be determined by matching your availability with the student's free time slots.
• Fill out the student attendance and performance reports.

Requirements:

• Full proficiency in English—we have one opening for teachers from the U.S. and openings for candidates from other countries.
• Experience teaching business English and conversation classes.
• Previous experience as an online English teacher.
• Strong digital skills to teach online classes via Meet, Zoom, or Teams, with a tech-savvy mindset.
