A global financial platform is seeking an Ombudsman in Brazil to advocate for customer rights and ensure compliance with financial regulations. You will manage escalated complaints, conduct investigations, and identify systemic issues to improve services. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of Brazilian regulations, excellent communication skills, and at least 3 years of relevant experience. This critical role will focus on providing impartial assessments of customer grievances, identifying systemic issues, and driving improvements to Airwallex's processes and services in Brazil.
You will be instrumental in upholding our commitment to customer satisfaction and adhering to Brazil Central Bank regulations for PIs.
