A leading financial technology company is seeking a Facility Manager in São Paulo to oversee office operations and lead a junior team. The role involves managing vendors, controlling budgets, and enhancing the employee experience. Ideal candidates should have experience in vendor and budget management, strong stakeholder skills, and a service-oriented mindset. This is a mid-senior level position, where successful candidates will help improve office processes and support internal events.
As a key member of the Brazil People & Core Operations team, you will play a central role in delivering an outstanding workplace experience for approximately 400 on‑site SumUppers in São Paulo.
You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the office, strong vendor performance, effective cost control, and a high standard of employee services.
You will lead a junior team and take ownership of facilities operations, internal services, vendor management, and budget control across travel, rent, maintenance, food & beverages, and events.
This is a hands‑on leadership role with strong operational and strategic impact.
