A Spring Professional Portugal está a recrutar um Controller (M/F) para apoiar a passagem da área financeira para Portugal, reportando ao Controller da Southern Europe. O a função envolve gerir políticas contábeis espanholas, coordenar a transição para o F&A BPO, supervisionar a equipa financeira e assegurar relatórios consistentes para US GAAP e IFRS.

São requisitos mínimos: licenciatura em contabilidade/finanças/negócios, pelo menos 5 anos em posições de gestão financeira, domínio de espanhol

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business.
• CPA/CA desirable.
• Minimum of 5 years in finance management positions.
• Experience with international business.
• Business/P&L management experience.
• Fluent Spanish, English and moderate Portuguese.
• IT literate: Outlook, MS Office; knowledge of accounting systems.
• Strong know-how in US GAAP, IFRS and/or other GAAP.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and direct the Spanish accounting and financial policies to ensure that accurate and timely management reporting requirements are always met for both local and US GAAP.
• Management of the finance team.
• Coordinate all finance transition to the F&A BPO.
• Responsible for the AOP and the monthly consolidation of financial and business information for FCM and EHQ.
• Supporting the local business to analyze and evaluate the performance of the business and future projects.
• Responsible for sales entity.
• Responsible for their specific statutory, tax, Intrastat reporting.
• Submit financial statements, budgets and reports that support company requirements
• Develop sales and cost budgets with Finance and being responsible for the MBR (Monthly Business Report).

Controller (m/f)

Reporting to the Controller of Southern Europe will have as main tasks:

• Manage and direct the Spanish (outsource in Poland) accounting and financial policies to ensure that accurate and timely management reporting requirements are always met for both local and US GAAP.
• Management of the finance team;
• Coordinate all finance transition to the F&A BPO;
• Responsible for the AOP and the monthly consolidation of financial and business information for FCM and EHQ;
• Supporting the local business to analyze and evaluate the performance of the business and future projects;
• Responsible for sales entity;
• Responsible for their specific statutory, tax, Intrastat reporting.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business;
• Certified Public Accountant/Chartered Accountant desirable;
• Minimum of 5 years of increasingly responsible management positions within finance;
• Track record of significant achievement in working for, or with an international commercial business;
• Business/P&L Management experience;
• Fluent Spanish, English and moderate in Portuguese;
• IT literate, Outlook, MS Office, Working knowledge of manual and automated accounting systems;
• Strong know-how in US GAAP, IFRS and/or another country-specific GAAP;
