Multinational Company is seeking an Accounts Receivable Team Leader to join their Shared Service Centre in Brazil. You will supervise day-to-day AR operations, drive process improvements, and lead a small team to deliver accurate cash application and collections results.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in AR and collections, experience managing a team, and strong SAP and Excel skills. Fluent English and excellent communication are essential for collaborating across regions in a fast-paced

Qualificações

• Bachelor or Master degree in Accounting or Finance (optional).
• +5 years of Accounts Receivable and Collections experience.
• Previous experience managing or supervising a team.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Experience in SAP and advanced knowledge of Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise day-to-day operations, including the review of work performed by the team;
• Supervise AR processes related to: Cash application; Collections; Factoring; Month End Closing; Other Accounting Tasks;
