We are looking for an experienced Occupational Safety Technician to join our team, safeguarding operations and supporting health&safety compliance in a lively, international workplace.

What you will do
  • Investigate incidents and accidents, perform root cause analysis, and follow up with corrective and preventive measures to minimise future risks.
  • Promote and deliver occupational safety training, drills and awareness programmes covering use of personal protective equipment (PPE), emergency procedures, and everyday safety practices.
  • Monitor and enforce safety standards, documentation, and compliance with relevant regulations (including local legal requirements for occupational health and safety).
  • Perform regular workplace inspections and risk assessments identify hazards, analyse environmental risks, and recommend improvements to working conditions.
  • Maintain safety records and documentation, manage incident reports, and help ensure transparent, wellstructured safety management for the entire team.

  • A recognised qualification in Occupational Safety (or equivalent), with relevant experience in safety, risk control, or compliance roles.
  • Solid knowledge of safety legislation and standards able to interpret regulations, apply safety best practices, and ensure compliance.
  • Strong analytical and observational skills attentive to detail, capable of identifying risks and potential hazards, and recommending practical solutions.
  • Excellent communication abilities able to conduct trainings, interact with teams, and clearly convey safety procedures and protocols.
